What is provided?
We provide towels, wraps and robes, plus a shirt and shorts for sauna use.
Are the sauna and steam rooms coed?
Yes. Both rooms are shared, coed spaces.
Are lockers available?
Our locker rooms include individual lockable lockers.
Is parking available?
Parking is available in the plaza.
Booking your visit
Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability. Book ahead to choose an available treatment time.
Is sauna included with my treatment?
Massage and body scrub treatments include up to one hour of sauna access.
Can I book sauna separately?
Yes. Standalone sauna sessions are available to book.
Do I need an account to book?
No. You can book as a guest.
Who can use member pricing?
Member pricing is available only to the member receiving the treatment.
